Directions

First shake well. Use 2 capfuls for fresh breath and clean feeling teeth & gums. thoroughly rinse mouth for at least 60 seconds several times daily. Do not eat or drink for at least 15 minutes after each use. When used in the HyrdoFloss, use 2 capfuls.
